The staff was helpful, the hotel was clean and placed in a historic part of the city near to the Malls such as The Store which is next to the property, malacca, AEON Mall. I got superior twin room for 2 nights, loved it. The location was easy - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Fast check-in & good service.

the rooms were suitable, the staff was very nice helpful, the location was isolated. coffee, wifi and terrace in the room and the amazing bed. delicious breakfast, decent service. this all-inclusive hotel was near the beach. flexible check-in, late check-out.

We liked our nonsmoking rooms and the staff was very beautiful. Helpful service with delicious cooking. All facilities were basic too. Overall a very lovely stay, incrediblevalue for money.

Clean enough medium hotel, silent rooms. Our room had a soft bed and a particularly good view. Breakfast was satisfactory and had plenty of meals. Free parking nearby was available when we stayed. It was decent time in Malacca.

Altogether it was good price-quality ratio though. I liked the details, like staff and rooms, they were okay! View of sunsets was breathtaking. Walking distance to a supermarket and a convenience store across the street.

Outstanding location and food, we liked our stay in the hotel. That was pretty basic property set in tourist area. Quite spacious suite and so so comfy bed. The staff did all they can for a nice stay.
